Effective date: 24 October 2026. Written in plain language on purpose — if any part is unclear, contact us and we will explain it.
1. Agreement. By creating an account or using Prime Scholars LT ("the app", "we", "us") you accept these terms. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must read and approve them with you.
2. Eligibility. The app is for students preparing for JAMB, WAEC, NECO and university Post-UTME examinations in Nigeria.
3. Your account. Sign up with your real name, a working email address and your class. Keep your password secret. Tell us immediately at the contact above if you think someone else is using your account.
4. Acceptable use. Use the app only for study. Do not share your account, resell or redistribute the questions, copy the question bank, or attempt to disrupt the service. Misuse may lead to suspension without refund.
5. Subscriptions and payments. Plans: 3 months for ₦2,000, or lifetime access for ₦8,000. Payment is by bank transfer using the transaction ID the app gives you, followed by uploading your transfer screenshot. Access is activated after an administrator verifies your payment, usually within 10 minutes and at most within 24 hours. Transaction IDs expire after 30 minutes — if yours expires, simply start the payment again. Fees are non-refundable once access is activated, except where Nigerian law gives you a right to a refund.
6. What we credit. The school or institution you select during sign-up (and confirm during payment) is the partner your subscription is credited to. Please be sincere when selecting it.
7. Our content. All practice questions, explanations and lessons lists are original material written by us in JAMB, WAEC and NECO style. The app is not affiliated with JAMB, WAEC or NECO, and does not reproduce their official papers. Our content belongs to Prime Scholars Learning Technologies and is licensed to you for personal study only.
8. Third-party video lessons. Some lessons are YouTube videos created by their own teachers. Those videos belong to their creators; we link to them for your learning. If a video is wrong or unavailable, tell us.
9. The Prime Scholars Agent. The in-app AI agent gives automated study help. It can make mistakes. Always confirm important answers with your teacher or textbook, and never give it personal information beyond your study questions.
10. Availability. We work hard to keep the app available, including offline once it has loaded on your phone. But we cannot promise uninterrupted access, and we do not guarantee any exam score or admission outcome.
11. Liability. To the fullest extent Nigerian law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the last 3 months.
12. Suspension and termination. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account from Profile → Danger Zone.
13. Changes. We may update these terms as the service grows. The current version always lives here, and continued use after an update means you accept it.
14. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
15. Data we collect. Your name, email address and class to create your account. Optional: age range, gender, phone, guardian phone, target exam, subjects, a short bio and a profile photo. Plus the school or institution you heard about the app from, and your test results, streaks and progress.
16. How we use it. To create and manage your account, email your sign-in codes, run your subscription, show your progress and results, and keep the service safe. We do not use it for advertising.
17. Legal basis. We process your data to perform our contract with you (your account and subscription), with your consent (optional fields, guardian approval), or for our legitimate interest in running a safe service — in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
18. Security. Passwords are stored only as salted SHA-256 hashes — we never see or keep your plain password. Sign-in codes expire after 10 minutes. Data is stored on a managed, access-controlled platform.
19. Who can see it. Only the operator and administrators of Prime Scholars LT. We never sell, rent or trade your information. No advertising, no third-party trackers, no analytics profiling.
20. Students under 18. A parent or guardian must approve your use of this app. Guardians may contact us at any time to see, correct or delete their child's information.
21. Your rights. You may ask us to show you your data, correct it, or delete it — from Profile → Danger Zone, or by email. We act within 30 days.
22. Retention. Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of your deletion request. Payment records are kept for accounting purposes as required by law.
23. Changes to this policy. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date.
24. Contact. Questions about your data or these terms: successeverydayww@gmail.com · Chat with us on WhatsApp · Message the team on WhatsApp (Mon–Sat, 8am–7pm WAT).
